In line with its strategy for development of the national transport infrastructure, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus is developing the pilot PPP project in the Republic of Belarus for the design, reconstruction, financing, operation and maintenance of the section of the highway “М-10 Highway: the border of Russian Federation (Selische) - Gomel - Kobrin km 109.9 – km 195.15”.
As part of this process, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus in association with the EBRD organized a special event in London on 16 January 2019 aimed at presenting the Project to the international investment community prior the commencement of the Pre-qualification process.
