The relations arising between the Belarusian Railway and its enterprises or consignors, consignees, passengers, individuals and legal entities when using the services of public railway transport, their rights, duties and responsibilities are regulated by the Charter of public railway transport of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic Belarus dated 02.08.1999 No. 1196.
