The next meeting of the working group on cooperation between Belarus and Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation took place in Minsk

The meeting took place as part of Astrakhan delegation's visit to our country to participate in the XIII Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia.
The Belarusian delegation was headed by Minister of Transport and Communications Alexei Lyakhnovich, and the Russian delegation was led by Head of the Astrakhan Region Igor Babushkin.
The parties noted positive trends in the development of trade and economic ties between Belarus and the Russian region. Participants discussed promising projects in detail and identified new growth areas for deepening cooperation in industry, construction, trade, housing and utilities, education, and culture.
Following the negotiations, the minutes of the working group meeting were signed.
