Grigory Glazko: "Today's economy demands maximum efficiency, the implementation of advanced technologies, and impeccable work discipline from road workers"

A national production and technical workshop on the operation of highways is being held in Grodno region under the charge of First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Grigory Glazko.
Participants in the event included representatives of the transport department, road authorities and regional road construction agencies, and key road management organizations in the country.
Grigory Glazko:
"We have gathered to discuss the most important issues facing the industry as part of the implementation of the state program 'Roads of Belarus.' The main goal of our workshop is not simply to share experiences, but to develop specific solutions aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, and strictly following safety standards in road construction. It is important to jointly address these issues and find solutions."
On the agenda:
- specific character of obtaining special permits for the passage of heavy vehicles for state road infrastructure organizations
- selecting optimal road markings
- improving road approaches when installing frontal barriers
- improving the quality of operations through digitalization of road infrastructure
- ways to improve the economic efficiency of road maintenance
