A ceremony to mark the first graduation of civil aviation pilot cadets took place at “Minsk-1” Airport.
Honorary guests included Vladimir Kukharev, Chairman of Minsk City Executive Committee; Alexander Bakhanovich, First Deputy Minister of Education; heads of aviation organizations; Igor Golub, Director of the Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications; and Vitaly Utkin, Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee on Industry, Energy, Transport, Communications, and Digital Development of the House of Representatives.
