On Knowledge Day, Sergey Dubina congratulated the faculty and students of BSAA on the start of the new academic year

The ceremony was attended by Igor Golub, Director of the Department of Aviation; Alimjon Riskulov, Dean of the Faculty of International Educational Programs at Tashkent State Transport University; representatives of Belarusian aviation organizations; and other honored guests.
Sergei Dubina: "The current academic year marks a significant event – for the first time in the history of sovereign Belarus, civil aviation pilots will graduate. This is a significant step toward creating an effective transportation system and strengthening the state's national security."
As a representative of the Ministry of Transport's leadership noted, the Academy's contribution—the alma mater of Belarusian aviators—to the development of civil aviation as a strategic and high-tech industry cannot be overestimated.
According to Sergey Dubina, it is within these walls that a solid foundation for the future of the domestic aviation industry is being laid. He thanked the faculty for their professionalism and dedicated work in training aviation specialists.
He wished the cadets success and to be worthy successors to the traditions established by previous generations of aviators: "I am confident that each of you will become a true professional, dedicated to your work and your country!"
