Tariffs are being updated for all vehicle types. A multiplier is also being introduced for vehicles with a permissible gross weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes traveling in transit via Minsk Ring Road-1 and Minsk.
Specifically, travel on toll roads leading to Minsk will be subject to a surcharge applied to current rates. These new rules will apply to vehicles with a technically permissible maximum mass exceeding 3.5 tonnes that travel along two or more segments of M-2 (km 14.9 – km 25.308), M-3 (km 9.4 – km 10.418), M-4 (km 16.3 – km 19.046), M-6/E 28 (km 12.0 – km 20.575), R-1 (km 8.2 – km 24.44), R-23 (km 10.2 – km 14.1), and R-28 (km 12.44 – km 16.91) highways within a one-hour period.
Tariffs will also be applied to calculate the toll for vehicles with a permissible gross weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes traveling along a calculated segment of toll roads:
▫️ 2 axles – €0.121/km
▫ ️3 axles – €0.152/km
▫️ 4 axles or more – €0.182/km
An electronic vignette system will apply to vehicles with a technically permissible maximum mass of no more than 3.5 tonnes that are not registered in EAEU member states:
▫️ 15 calendar days – 21 euros
▫️ 30 calendar days – 33 euros
▫️ 1 calendar year – 114 euros
▪️ It is important to note that for vehicles with a technically permissible maximum mass of no more than 3.5 tonnes registered in EAEU member states, travel on the roads of the Republic of Belarus remains free of charge.
In addition, the amounts of the single-trip toll are being adjusted (in cases of non-payment or incomplete payment for travel on toll roads).
The new rules come into force in accordance with Ministry of Transport Resolution No. 42 dated August 24, 2026, "On Establishing Toll Rates for the Use of Toll Roads in the Republic of Belarus."
