Child safety is the top priority!

From August 25 to September 5, 2026, a special complex campaign titled "Attention: Children!" is being held across the Republic of Belarus, aimed at preventing traffic-related injuries among children in connection with the start of the new school year.
▪️ Mandatory for drivers
During daylight hours, switch on your low-beam headlights or daytime running lights (Traffic Rule 166.9). Exercise extreme caution near schools and kindergartens, in residential areas, and at pedestrian crossings. Use child restraint systems and seatbelts when transporting children.
▪️ A reminder to parents and young road users
Before crossing the roadway on a bicycle or personal mobility device (PMD), you must dismount (except for cases expressly permitted by traffic regulations). Children under 14 can ride the PMD independently only in residential areas. Outside the yard - only accompanied by adults.
