More than 600 members of student brigades have begun their work semester at facilities of Belarusian Railway

Every year, Belarusian Railways serves as a major hub for youth employment. This summer, members of service, construction, and educational student brigades are working at the railway's facilities.
While working on the railway, student brigade members gain valuable work experience, develop professional skills, and assist Belarusian railway network in handling summer passenger traffic.
In addition, the cross-disciplinary work project "Road of Opportunities" is being successfully implemented. A joint project between Belarusian Railways and PA “BRYA” was launched in 2023, providing vocational training and retraining for participants.
This year, the "Road of Opportunities" brought together more than 200 young men and women working as passenger train attendants, track workers, rolling stock repair mechanics, and distribution network electricians.
Since the project’s existence, 678 students from 30 educational institutions have mastered railway transport occupations.
