The President of Belarus signed the Law "On Amendments to Laws on Road Activities"

The document aims to create a modern legal framework for providing the economy and population with high-quality, safe, and reliable transport services.
The law defines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of road owners and users. In particular, it establishes an information fund for road operations to provide road authorities with up-to-date information on road construction and repair. It establishes the specifics of developing design documentation, constructing, reconstructing, operating, and overhauling roads, and establishes the principles for establishing cost estimates.
◽️ In addition, the regulations for the operation of highways are being clarified, the rules for organizing and conducting diagnostics of roads and road structures are being defined, as well as the specifics of legal regulation in the implementation of road activities in relation to unsafe structures.
