Alexey Lyakhnovich introduced the new Deputy Minister, Alexander Postnikov, to the Ministry of Transport staff

The Minister congratulated Alexander Postnikov on his assumption and urged him to address priority tasks related to the development of railway and water transport.
Alexander Postnikov was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus by Resolution No. 294 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 11, 2026. Previously, he served as Deputy Head of the Transport Department of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
The Minister also thanked Sergei Dubina for his many years of fruitful work as Deputy Head of the Department and wished him continued success in his role as Head of the Association of International Road Carriers (BAMAP).
