“Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk”: Additional trains and visa-free entry

Friday, 12 June 2026

From July 14 to 20, Belarus will host the XXXV International Arts Festival “Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk”.

By order of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, visa-free entry into Belarus will be granted to foreigners from 71 countries traveling to the festival through international checkpoints.

The "Festival visa-free travel" will be introduced from July 4 to July 31 for its guests and participants.

Foreign guests will need a valid travel document (passport), an original or electronic ticket for festival events held at the Summer Amphitheater or the Concert Hall “Vitebsk” (more details are available on the State Border Committee of Belarus's Telegram channel (https://t.me/gpkgovby/9162)).

For the duration of the festival, Belarusian Railways has scheduled additional trains No. 644/643 Minsk – Vitebsk – Minsk and No. 209/210 Vitebsk – Moscow – Vitebsk, the schedule of which is compiled taking into account the “Slavic Bazaar” program.
