The draft resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus "On the implementation of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 1, 2026, No. 108" has been submitted for public discussion

The subject of legal regulation is the relations governing the procedure and conditions for the implementation of regular road passenger transportation through the use of a unified state information system for the sale of travel documents (SIS for ticket sales).
The draft resolution regulates the following issues:
- creation of a personal account for each person using the SIS for ticket sales;
- integration of information systems (resources) with the SIS for ticket sales;
- entering information about schedules and route maps, vehicles, motor carriers, drivers, etc..;
- restrictions, restoration of access to information systems (resources) that make reservations and sell travel documents and baggage receipts without integration with the SIS ticket sales;
- entry of information on sold travel documents and baggage receipts by passenger terminal owners and drivers;
- notifications to passengers and individuals about a cancelled flight or a flight on which passenger transportation has been suspended.
