Belarusian and Georgian Railways discussed prospects for cooperation

The working meeting took place at Belarusian Railways headquarters. It was attended by Valery Verenich, Head of the Belarusian Railway, and Lasha Abashidze, CEO of Georgian Railways.
A number of current issues were discussed, including in the transport and logistics sector regarding the delivery of goods on Belarus-Georgia-Belarus route and the development of competitive tariff conditions.
In addition, the Georgian side announced its readiness to purchase railway products from Belarus, in particular a wide range of freight railway cars.
