Decree No. 136 dated April 22, 2026 “On road transportation of passengers in irregular service” amends Decree No. 32 of January 25, 2024.
Among the innovations:
- A business entity will not be able to include information in the register of road transportation of passengers in irregular service if it is in the process of liquidation, as well as termination of business
- The liability of carriers in the event of failure to submit individual registration documents for drivers to the Social Security Fund of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has been specified
- the list of violations has been shortened for which information may be excluded from the register
- information regarding carriers and dispatchers could be suspended unless additional documents, information or other data are submitted to the tax authorities at the request of the tax authorities
In addition, the Ministry of Transport is currently developing a draft document that provides for the transition from a licensing system for the transportation of passengers and international road freight transportation to a registry system.
