Training courses, reduced driving experience, and advanced training: what else is new in the rules?

From April 1, 2026, drivers engaged in taxi and international transportation will no longer be required to complete training courses or obtain a document confirming completion of such courses.
The rules for the carriage of passengers by road also include provisions that provide for a reduction in the driving experience of school bus drivers from 3 years to 1 year.
Another innovation is that road transport operators responsible for the safety of their operations must undergo refresher training every five years and receive a corresponding document.
