The Council of Ministers of the Union State, pursuant to the decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State on cross-border commuter rail passenger service, approved a series of organizational documents for the launch of regular trains on Vitebsk-Smolensk and Orsha-Smolensk routes. These documents have been published on the website of the Standing Committee of the Union State.
