Parliamentarians of the Union State discussed the development of cooperation projects in aircraft and mechanical engineering

A meeting of the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia on Industry and Trade was held in Moscow.
Key issues on the agenda:
- Overseeing the implementation of the Decree of the Supreme State Council of the Union State "On the Main Directions for Implementing the Provisions of the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State for 2024-2026"
- Overseeing the tasks assigned to ministries (in the areas of aircraft manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, scientific and technical development, etc.)
- Implementation of Union State programs
Denis Kravchenko, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy:
"In the aircraft industry, we are awaiting the results of the Osvey project. Belarusian companies are also actively involved in cooperation with our United Aircraft Corporation. In the freight transport sector, we are also collaborating on engine manufacturing and component exchanges."
