On December 11, the Ministry of Transport’s Resolution No. 94 dated October 31, 2025, “On the Use of Toll Roads” comes into force

The document consolidates a number of previously existing regulations that governed various aspects of toll road use. Specifically, they established toll rates, the minimum prepayment amount and maximum remaining prepayment amount for prepaid contracts, and a list of fuel cards and payment systems through which tolls are collected.
The entry into force of Ministry of Transport Resolution No. 94 does not affect toll rates for vehicles subject to payment obligations on Belarusian toll roads. The toll rates (including the increased toll rate and the one-time toll rate), as well as the cost of electronic vignettes and the deposit value of electronic toll payment devices, remain unchanged.
As of December 11, 2025, the previous documents will cease to be valid, and all provisions concerning travel on toll roads will be regulated by a single general regulation.
