The State Investment Program for 2026 has been approved. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko signed the corresponding decree

In 2026, 2 billion 987.7 million rubles are allocated for financing the projects included in the Program.
The State Investment Program will design and construct 62 facilities, as well as finance 11 activities. The Program includes facilities with a high degree of readiness, 21 of which are scheduled to be commissioned in 2026.
State capital investments and money from the National Development Fund is distributed among social facilities, including healthcare, education, culture, sports, and rental housing, including for specialists in the most in-demand positions and professions.
In 2026, the Program funds (including funds from local budgets) will be used to build and reconstruct:
- a railway line for high-speed communication with Minsk National Airport;
- highways M-10 (Gomel-Kobrin), M-3 (Minsk-Vitebsk), R-122 (Mogilev-Kostyukovichi); bridges over the Dnieper River (on the M-10 Gomel-Kobrin highway), the Mukhavets River (on the R-2 Stolbtsy-Kobrin highway), and the Viliya River (on the R-28 Minsk-Naroch highway);
- the regional oncology dispensary in Grodno, new buildings of the regional hospital in Brest and the National Scientific and Practical Center for Children's Oncology in Borovlyany, and a rehabilitation center in Aksakovshchina;
- The National History Museum of Belarus in Minsk and the National Center for Patriotic Education of Youth in the Brest Fortress.
