Changes in the procedure for registering civilian unmanned aerial vehicles

From January 1, 2026, registration of civilian UAVs will be carried out only in electronic format through the new automated information system (AIS), located here
The innovation reflects the requirements of paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 25, 2023 No. 297 (https://president.gov.by/ru/documents/ukaz-no-297-ot-25-sentyabrya-2023-g) "On the state registration and operation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles" and is intended to simplify and expedite the procedures for state registration, as well as deregistration of civil UAVs.
Access to the system is provided via an electronic digital signature (EDS) and is only available to legal entities and sole proprietors. Full information about the AIS is available in the "Information on the UAV AIS Operation" section.
