The corresponding Resolution of the Ministry of Transport No. 93 dated October 30 was published on the National Legal Internet Portal. The document amends the agency's Resolutions No. 10 dated March 30, 2018, and No. 36 dated June 19, 2019.
The instruction has been supplemented with a provision that when monitoring the work of organizations involved in road management, it is checked whether the requirements for the operational condition and quality of road maintenance, the standards of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "Road Safety" (TR CU 014/2011) and other mandatory technical regulations are met.
Requirements for the operational condition and quality of maintenance of roads for individual elements and parameters (roadway, shoulders and median strips, visibility, road structures, technical means of traffic management, equipment, winter maintenance) have been approved.
The Resolution of the Ministry of Transport No. 29 of December 26, 2018 has been declared invalid.
