The list of vehicles that can continue to travel on roads at high temperatures has been expanded.
By the Resolution of the Ministry of Transport date July 25, 2025, No. 58, amendments were made to the Resolution of the agency dated April 26, 2025, No. 36 “On the Introduction in 2025 of Temporary Restrictions on Axle Loads of Vehicles and Self-Propelled Machines.”
Thus, according to the Ministry of Transport Resolution No. 36, from May 26 to August 31, on national roads with asphalt concrete pavement from 11:00 to 20:00 at daytime air temperatures above 25 degrees, the maximum load per single axle is allowed to be no more than 6 tons.
The new document provides an important exception. The list of vehicles exempt from the restrictions includes those that transport timber in harvested form:
Attention: the carrier must have accompanying documents with him.
Resolution No.58 comes into force after its official publication on the National Legal Internet Portal.
