The Ministry of Transport informs taxi market participants – carriers and drivers

Carriers that exercised their right to be included in the Driver Information Register before March 1, 2025, without a driver training certificate, were required to ensure that their drivers receive training by August 31 and amend their driver information no later than September 15 of this year.
We would like to draw the attention of carriers and drivers to the fact that failure to fulfill this obligation is grounds for suspension of information in the Register.
Please note, in accordance with paragraph 29 of the Regulation on the Register, a driver has access to the Register information using information about his identification number, the payer registration number of the carrier that has engaged the driver to carry passengers, and the registration plate of the vehicle:
- in relation to information concerning him – about the period of work specified by the carrier;
- in relation to the carrier – the full name of the entity, the payer’s registration number, the name of the information systems and resources used in receiving and transmitting orders, service marks, trademarks, as well as telephone numbers;
- in relation to a vehicle – about the period of operation of the vehicle specified by the carrier.
