On July 23, 2025, Resolution No. 401 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus was adopted, which clarifies the issues of state registration and operation of civilian unmanned aerial vehicles

From July 26, 2025, it will be mandatory to coordinate the deregistration of a civilian UAV prior to its sale or the transfer of ownership from the previous owner to another legal entity or individual entrepreneur in the Republic of Belarus.

A legal entity or individual entrepreneur submits an application for approval of deregistration to the Department of Aviation (the Department's decision-making period is 15 business days).

Approval of the sale to the legal entity specified in the application is valid for 60 business days. Approval by the Department of Aviation is provided free of charge.

We remind you that the circulation of civilian UAVs between individuals is prohibited on the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
