The document amends Decree No. 297 dated September 25, 2023, "On the State Registration and Operation of Civil Unmanned Aerial Vehicles." Specifically, it simplifies the procedure for importing UAVs and aircraft models into Belarus for security, law enforcement, and other organizations.
In addition, in order to strengthen control over the circulation of UAVs, the obligation of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to coordinate the sale of UAVs before it is carried out is being introduced.
