A 50% discount on travel on these trains will be valid during the seasonal agricultural work period – from May 1 to October 31, 2025 – and will apply to citizens who have reached the generally established retirement age.
This is stipulated by Decree No. 176 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 29, 2011, "On State Support for Pensioners."
To purchase a discounted travel document (ticket), you must present your original pension certificate. You must also carry it with you during your trip.
Please note that the discount does not apply to travel on regional business class trains, interregional trains (with numbered seats), or city train services.
Senior citizens can obtain discounted travel documents at ticket offices, on the pass.rw.by website, using the "BC. My Train" mobile app, and at self-service terminals.
