Resolution No. 22/1 of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Industry and Trade dated March 11, 2025, established the number of imported road tractors for which reduced recycling fee rates apply for 2025.
The document was registered in the National Register of Legal Acts on March 28, 2025, No. 8/43116, published on March 29, 2025, and comes into force on March 30, 2025.
Also, the Ministry of Transport`s Resolution No. 23 of March 11, 2025, defined the procedure for the Ministry of Transport to approve the acquisition of road tractors of environmental classes 5 and 6 by road carriers engaged in international road freight transport for the purpose of applying reduced recycling fee rates.
