The draft of the relevant Government resolution was submitted for public discussion and published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
The document proposes to establish that:
- a commission meeting is valid if more than 50% of the commission members are present;
- tender documents may be submitted, among other things, via e-mail;
- by decision of the tender committee, the applicant may correct the deficiencies identified during the inspection of the vehicle (bus) and re-submit it for inspection at the appointed time and place (but no later than the day the evaluation of tender proposals begins).
In addition, it is envisaged to establish uniform criteria for evaluating competitive proposals, taking into account:
- service life of the bus;
- availability of a reserve bus to replace one that has stopped operating on the route due to technical reasons;
- quality specifications of the bus;
- the participant has no major violations of the requirements of legislation in motor transport, as well as traffic regulations;
- payment to drivers during the 12 months prior to the day of the competition of an average minimum wage of at least 1.25 times the monthly minimum wage.
