Since the beginning of 2025, work has been completed on the right-of-ways of approximately 450 km of national and more than 2,000 km of local highways, as well as 207 km of railways, to remove waste, dead wood, hazardous trees, and shrubs.
In March, it is planned to restore order on another 186 km of national and 979 km of local highways, and 170 km of railways.
Twenty outdoor lighting poles have been installed on national roads (13 in Grodno region and 7 in Mogilev region). Some rest areas have been fitted with new hardscape features.
Road surface renovations continue. This year, approximately 90 km of local roads have already been repaired (another 60 km are scheduled for March). Stops and passenger platforms are being built along the railways.
With the onset of favorable weather conditions, road workers will begin landscaping areas near transport arteries.
