The corresponding Resolution of the Council of Ministers dated March 3, 2025 No. 130 was published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
In order to implement the agreement between the governments of Belarus and Russia on cooperation in ensuring transport security, amendments have been made to the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 100 dated February 14, 2024.
The document approved the Regulation on the requirements for the owner of public rail transport infrastructure and carriers to ensure the transport safety of public rail transport infrastructure facilities and rail transport vehicles.
The document is also supplemented by a Regulation on requirements for owners of passenger terminals and road carriers to ensure the transport security of passenger terminals and vehicles.
The requirements are based on three levels of transport security.
The regulation comes into force three months after its official publication.
