The main air hub of Belarus hosted the grand opening of a new route – a flight of Air China.
Vladimir Chereuhin, General Director of Minsk National Airport: "The National Airport and Air China have been linked by a decade of productive cooperation and friendship. Since the opening of the first regular flight from Beijing to Minsk by the Chinese partner in May 2015, this route has been in constant demand and is an important and reliable economic, social and cultural link between Belarus and China."
The opening of the flight was attended by the Director of the Aviation Department of the Ministry of Transport of Belarus Igor Golub, representatives of the Chinese Embassy in Belarus and the Air China representative office in our country.
Direct scheduled flights will operate once a week on Saturdays using an Airbus A330-200 aircraft. Travel time will be 8 hours 20 minutes.
