From September 20, new tariffs will come into effect in the national electronic toll collection system for travel on toll roads of the Republic of Belarus BelToll. The corresponding changes are enshrined in the Resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus dated September 6, 2024 No. 75 "On Amending the Resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus dated June 17, 2013 No. 21".

Along with the kilometrage toll rates, the cost of electronic vignettes is also changing. Now a vignette valid for 15 days will cost 20 euro, for 30 days - 31 euro, for a calendar year* - 107 euro. At the same time, vehicle owners who purchased a vignette before September 20, 2024, can continue to use it until its expiration date without any additional payments.
The resolution also establishes new amounts of the one-time fee, paid to avoid the formation of a violation in the event of non-payment or partial payment for travel on toll roads. For vehicles with a permissible total weight of more than 3.5 tons, the one-time fee will be 36 and 18 euro, respectively, for vehicles with a permissible total weight of no more than 3.5 tons in the event of non-payment - 14 euro.
All vehicles with a technically permissible total weight of over 3.5 tons, as well as vehicles with a technically permissible total weight of no more than 3.5 tons that are not registered in the territory of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, are required to pay for travel on toll roads in the republic. Vehicles exempt from payment in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 27.09.2012 No. 426 "On Certain Issues of the Functioning of the Electronic Toll Collection System for Travel of Vehicles on Certain Roads in the Republic of Belarus" are not considered payers.
